How does a practice deal with the question of training in order to meet the training benchmarks for 457 or 186 visas?
The Federal government has introduced a new legislative instrument that sets out the types of expenditure that can be counted towards meeting the training benchmarks. This is a link to the new legislative instrument here
We have requested further clarification on whether training provided by pharmaceutical companies will still count.
