Course and career counselling
Our qualified education counsellors and registered migration agents provide you with options for courses at college or university based on your goals and interests. We consider your previous qualifications, work experience and objectives. We recommend the options we believe are most suited to your needs according to the information you have told us and what you seek to experience and learn in your course. We take into account the factors that are important to you in making this decision.
Our education counsellors liaise with the college or university and submit your application form an the necessary accompanying documents to be reviewed by the admissions team. We advise you if the institution requires any additional documents after an initial evaluation of your application has been made. We help you accept your Letter of offer and obtain your Confirmation of Enrolment (COE), which has your unique reference number.
We can also advise on and negotiate payment plans and instalments where possible.
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
It is mandatory for student visa holders to have valid health insurance when they enter Australia. If you are already in the country, your health insurance must cover the time you are studying in Australia on a student visa. EasiVisa works with three of the six approved providers – AHM, Medibank and Allianz. You can choose to have your insurance organised through the college or university and take out a policy with their preferred provider. Alternatively, you can purchase the insurance directly from the provider itself.
Genuine Temporary Entrant statement (GTE)
Applicants need to provide a statement explaining why you have decided to study in Australia. You should address questions like why have you chosen your specific course, why do you wish to study in Australia, what are your future goals and intentions upon completion of your studies… Our registered migration agents can give you customised guidance and advice on what points to address that are specific to your case.
Student Visa application
Our registered migration agents collect your documents and prepare your student visa application. Applicants receive a draft to confirm all their details and information is correct – it is important that you are aware exactly what we present the Department of Home Affairs with. Our agents will inform you of the visa outcome and whether any further documents have been requested at any stage. If you need to do things like biometrics or sit a medical examination in your country, we will also advise you of how and where this can be done.
Our services also include…
Any documents that are not in English need to be translated by a certified NAATI translator. EasiVisa works with Perth Translation and is happy to submit your documents to obtain a quote from them on your behalf.
Opening a bank account
If you are moving to Australia, you will need to open a bank account at some stage. Our partners at Commonwealth bank allows students to open an Everyday Account Smart Access up to three months before you arrive in Australia, or up to three months after. Once you open your account online, you will be able to transfer money into it immediately.
Our team includes three MARA registered migration agents and a strong support staff. If you are looking at studying as a long-term plan to staying in Australia and would like to understand your visa options post-qualifications, our agents can explain what pathways may be available to you.
