Diploma of Leadership and Management
The Diploma of Leadership and Management will give you not just theoretical but practical skills to set, delegate and manage your own workload as well as the workload of others. You will learn to organise people, events and tasks to meet company goals and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also learn how to apply feedback collection and innovation to improve business services across different departments. Managing projects, finding solutions and procedures for sustainable practices are some of the topics you will cover in this course.

Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

Entry requirements
Academic IELTS of 5.5 with no band lower than 5 or equivalent. If you do not have an official English test, it is possible in certain instances for you to be assessed internally by the institution. This means you will either sit an English test at the school or fill out a test online – this is free of charge and you get your results fairly quickly
Certificate IV in Leadership and Management: Completion of high school (Year 11 or 12)
Diploma in Leadership and Management: Completion of a Certificate IV in a similar area of study, or relevant work experience
Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management: Completion of a Diploma in a similar area of study or relevant work experience
Fees
An application fee is usually required. The deposit amount will vary depending on the school you choose, as well as whether you are onshore or offshore when submitting your student visa application. Instalment plans may be available.
Cert IV in Leadership and Management: $5,500 – $6,300
Diploma of Leadership and Management: $6,350 – $12,900
Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management: $6,300 – $12,900
Generally the longer the course, the higher the fees as there are more study weeks involved. These usually can be paid as you progress throughout your study plan.
